Ryker: Titled SDX – Sled Dog Excellence & Working Dog certified. Born 16Jan15 (M) Ryker was bred by Jennifer & Blake Freking of Manitou Crossing kennel. Ryker is strong,  hard working, hard driving with no quite in harness. He is almost 9 yrs old and still racing on  my 4 or 6 dog A-teams. Ryker is an absolute asset as sled dog and has been to almost every race with me and is part of Glacial; Lakes foundation.

Ryker was a punk as a youngster whom often gave me a run for my money but lately we have come to greatly enjoy each other on a calmer, easy going level, Ryker has always enjoyed his free run time.

 

Ryker is a grandfather and a godfather  in the kennel he has sire 2 litters, one at Northern Paws producing 5 pups, one of which is Nymeria who is here at Glacial Lake.

The second breeding with our foundation female Ares produced 6 pups born in May 2017: Grimm, Phantom, Reaper, Fae, Titan & Dragon.  All Ryker's offspring at Glacial Lake have made my race teams their yearling season.
