Ares: Born 22Nov14 (F) SDX NS – Sled Dog Excellence & Working Lead Dog certified with SHCC/CKC UKC Champion, Total Sled dog recipient, was Bred By Bill Gaspar of Wendigo  kennel  near Windsor.  Ares is a very sweet and cuddly girl, whom joined the team in 2015 and immediately showed me she was a hard driving lead dog. She is enthusiastic and hard working on our training runs and a very smart girl. Ares is 9 years old and is still a intricate and Important leader and part to my competitive race teams and kennel. She is more then worth her weight in gold and she is one of the special dogs that shaped my kennel.

Ares was Bred to Ryker in spring of 2017 and had a littler of 6 puppies: 5 boys and 1 female: Fae, Reaper, Dragon, Grimm, Titan & Phantom.

Ares completed the challenging requirements for her SDX 100 race miles title with the Canadian Kennel Club at the end of the 2019 dryland season, and earned her Total Sled Dog certificate through SSASO in the spring of 2024.
